Not professional advice

Information, forecasts, safe-to-spend estimates, Afford checks, and Ask responses are for general education and personal organization only. They are based on data you enter (and optional bank imports) and on automated calculations or AI models. They are not tailored professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions.

Accuracy

You are responsible for verifying balances, bills, and categories. Bank imports depend on third-party aggregators and may be delayed or incomplete. We do not guarantee that any figure in the app matches your official bank or card statements.

No fiduciary relationship

Use of SpendMe does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship between you and OdysseyDevelopments LLC.

Third-party products

Apple, Plaid, Google (including Gemini), OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, Resend, DuckDuckGo, and other vendors provide services under their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, or policy changes.

Ask, the AI money coach

Ask is an AI money coach. It is not a person and not a licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advisor. Its answers, including spoken answers and “Can I afford it?” checks, are estimates based on the numbers in your app and may be incorrect or incomplete. Ask does not recommend specific securities or investment products. Do not rely on it for compliance, tax filing, or high-stakes decisions without checking with a qualified professional. Changes Ask suggests (such as adding a bill) are saved only after you confirm them. Do not submit passwords, full account numbers, or other credentials in chat. Receipts and photos

Receipt scanning reads text automatically and can misread amounts, dates, or merchants. Check each result before you save it. Merchant logos are fetched from public icon services and may be missing or wrong.

Prices and offers

Plan prices, free trials, and limits (such as Ask’s daily limit) are shown in the app and the App Store and can change. Launch offers, such as founding-member access, are limited and subject to availability.
